Lamp Socket

An electro-mechanical receptacle (a rotary lampholder) designed to securely anchor and power linear fluorescent or LED tube lamps within industrial equipment enclosures. It operates by inserting the bi-pin base of a tube lamp into the central slot and rotating it 90°, which turns the internal rotor to lock the pins into high-tension metallic spring contacts. This mechanical twist-lock mechanism establishes continuous electrical continuity to the lamp pins while physically securing the tube against operational vibration and shock in industrial machinery.
