Insulating barrier and enclosure component designed to cap terminal block assemblies on DIN rails or separate adjacent circuits within control panels. It operates by clipping or snapping onto the exposed conductive side of the final terminal block, physically sealing open terminals to prevent accidental human contact or short circuits.
